			<description><![CDATA[<p>There is another validation code under the play area where you scratch the ticket which must be entered also...you have to scratch off the ticket to get that second code. If you ever see a ticket that is partially scratched, don&#x27;t buy it.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Scanning a scratcher will tell if its a winner correct?<br /><br />What is there to stop a retailer from scanning the barcode on a roll of scratchers and buying the winners and returning the losers to be sold?<br /><br />I ask this because I once saw a show about a lady who worked in a store that sold scratchers. She claimed she always played them, sometimes spending her entire paycheck on them while at work, buying and scratching.
