If you google Lotto Black Book , you'll see a lot of players are asking about it on different lottery forms including this one. Some are claiming the websites advertising it are using pictures of winners from states lottery website and one of the winner actually won his prize with a quick pick and not by numbers picked using a system. They claim the websites selling that book are simply pandering to some folks desires to be wealthy without earning it but what's new about that.

I visited a site advertising the Lotto book, through a paid to read e-mail program. It instantly smelled 'scam', partly from the mysterious shooting, which included a statement by 'Larry' that he had been shot in the right leg, even though the photo showed a man's LEFT leg in some kind of wrap. Also, the book was advertised for $47

I then found another site advertising the book, through a search engine; different url but same font and same first person statements from 'Larry'. This time aroun... [ More ]

The first rule of internet advertising is: THERE ARE NO RULES.

They can steal one person's picture, another's name, another's work and sell it all with a guaranteed refund they won't honor.

This kind of stuiff sells because people want so deperately to believe there's something out there that works.

I also want to believe there's something out there that might work but I have to ask why would anyone want to sell/share such a system with strangers for any price. Are they making more money selling it than they could ever make using it? Why haven't I heard about this guy on national news? People who buy a few QPs and win a jackpot of $100M+ get national coverage even if they try to... [ More ]

I have come to the conclusion neither Paul Connor's nor Larry Blair are real persons.

The company behind both Paul Conner's and Larry Blair's websites is QRV Holdings Limited in Cyprus.

This company is owned by a self proclaimed internet guru by the name of Giancarlo Cappuccio.

In my travels I came across The Lotto Black Book by Larry Blair for $67.

The book is supposed to be the system he used to win three smallish jackpots totally $1.35 million. This is not somthing I am recommending anyone purchase.

What I want is to hear from someone who has read the book and can give me a one line summery of what they got, such as: Shaker box and a wheel and what he means by win 50% of the time, win what at what cost?
