How come so many people win multiple times in a month on the 4 number games?

It means he bought 4 tickets at 50 cents straight.

No, it means he presented 4 winning tickets. It doesn't tell us anything about how many losing tickets he had, or when he bought acquired the tickets. It's possible that he won on 4 different occasions, but it's more likely that he simply had 4 tickets with the same number for the same drawing.

Yes, I've seen that too.

People listed as having 10 wins, 15 wins. Makes you wonder if it's a misprint sometimes.

Have you seen the ones where it's 3 = 5 winners and they have the wife claim a couple...

I think that if you have 20 tickets @ $5,000 a pop, you are making out fine.

I'm just waiting for some straight hits here....what I'm really waiting for though is my case of PAYDAY candybars...they didn't call yet.

I have been checking the PA lottery website for years now and every month you see some guy playing the 4-number game that wins $5,000 fifteen times. Do you think he is coming out ahead on this or no?

One guy hit 5k like 20 times in a month. I wonder how many tickets he buys at a clip..probably 2 or 300 i would imagine. Any other guesses? I just for the hell if spent $20 and bought 40 big 4 tickets. hmm...
