Will the Arkansas Lottery have a subscription service available to all, like the massachusetts lottery? I can't find it's site online. If the do offer a subscription service, I will be a customer.

I was thinking that too. That is why I am buying one 5 dollar ticket. But the rest of my money is going to be used for the PB games and the Arkansas Draw games.

Maybe the Arkansas lottery is giving a higher win percentage on their first batch of tickets to entice more players.

Well since you can only play scratch offs at the moment, I would go with that. lol. Hopefully though, it won't be too long until the other games get into circulation.
