A few weeks ago, when checking remaining top prizes for the Illinois Lottery, I noticed the $5 Monopoly Scratcher had several top prizes left. I purchased many of the tickets in my area, but did not win any of the top prizes. I held onto the notion of winning, and week after week, the top prizes were updated, and the same amount of prizes were still posted.
