			<description><![CDATA[<p>Maybe, but Florida has the largest population of all Powerball states and has consistently had the highest number of sales, often breaking records. Then there are the millions who visit Orlando every year. The ticket was sold in Orlando, so it&#x27;s possible a tourist visiting Disney World or Universal Studios.
