Don't mean to be a know it all but age does this to someone..I'd rather be a winner in life then a winner in money if I had my choice but I'm old and young people can't understand this..To bad about the guys kid's..He really did lose in life the way his kid's turned out..I do hope he is resting in peace?..

The two kids are loaded. They hate each other. They are now running the business into the ground seeing who can steal the most from it.

What a waste of everything he devoted his life too.

He's probably spinning in his grave.

Generosity is important. It's not how much you give but that you are willing to freely give with no strings attached or bad feelings about

it. I suspect that his kids inherited the same selfishness and miserly ways. Or hey, it could be possible they went in the opposite direction.

Interesting, that reminds me of years ago when we used to have a football playoff pool at work. We'd also have baseball playoff pools, Nascar and others. There was no strategy, you just picked a team or driver out of a hat and if they won you won the pot.

Well,....You got Pittsburgh right tiggs, They kinda got after the 'senior citizen' of Football didn't they?

Anyway, I won that one, but lost 4 this time.

Some of these teams are like cold lottery balls, ...every now and then they pop-up (Buffalo)

Anyway I'm still doing it every week.

Don't go by what I say but I'd go with Pitts..But it's 50-50 but it's at Pitts so that should give them the edge and Minn is way over due for a loss..Good luck and like I say don't follow what I say..Hope you win..

I figured Tampa Bay winnig at Home would actually, kinda, be an up-set.

Anyway I missed six last time, ....and I got a report that the Winner missed 2.

That MINN./ PITT this Sunday has me thinking I might need two sheets.

I 'm not really a football fan but we do have a football pool at work. I tried for 2 weeks to get into it but when I was able to pay ($5) he closed it out. The next time I saw him I wasn't able to pay but I could have waited until Saturday or Monday to pay and when I saw him Saturday he had closed it out but this weekI will save my $5

I don't really don't understand how it works I just like to gamble. Our pot isn't even near $700. Probably closer to $150

A win is a win and it always feels so good..I won 1,200.00 once tax free and I was sky high..Good luck every week you play..Maybe some of that luck will rub off on the lottery..Like my sisters says You never know ..:)..

I don't think it was a jealuosy thing, I think it's just that the Gaming section doesn't get

very much air time. But at $6 dollars per person it's kinda lottery realated

and that almost equates to 126 people in the pool.

And I feel vey Lucky and previledged to have won it.

(don't get me wrong I only lost 3 the week before)

Any way We've got ours in for this comig week already. (Wed. is turn-in day)

UPDATE:

Well Minnessota WON, and my combined total points were 47

I WON THE FOOTBALL POT THIS WEEK!!!!!!!!!!!! I only had ONE loss, and my points were Good.

Ohhhhh I was so close to winning the NFL Football pool at Work yesterday,

I was undefeated (hadn't missed any games) coming in to the Steelers/ Chargers game

If San Diego had won ....I would have won the pot. But they didn't.....so...

I'm still in it for tonight having suffered one loss

I need Minnessota to win, and my points have to be good.

I only posted because I had never been this close before.

The pot is a little over $700 hundred dollars this week
