			<description><![CDATA[<p>Because the numbers are pulled every day (except Sunday, for Tx) and you have a 10-day window, there are actually more ways to have a combo from one state with 2 or 3 numbers in common with a combo drawn in another state, in the 10 day range, than not to. You will find that same thing occurs in any two p4 games that each play 5 or more times a week.<br /><br />Two ways to test this:<br /><br />A) pick any 10 drawings from one state and 10 from another and look for common pairs.<br /><br />B) pick 10 drawings from one</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>I have observed that when I review the CT Pick 4 draws that are approximately 10 days prior to the current or present time drawings of Tx, the CT draws have at least two and alot of cases three like numbers to the draws of Texas.<br /><br />For example: 10/09/2009 Texas Draw Pick 4 Midday=6389 Evening=3485<br /><br />09/29/2009 CT Draw Pick 4 Midday=4863<br /><br />I have also used the Hoosier Lottery for additional support to get closer to my picks.
