New Jersey for the last 12 months:

Midday had a total of 365 draws.

Doubles were 99 (27.1% of the total).

Evening had a total of 365 draws.

Doubles were 116 (31.8% of the total).

The accepted published Statistical Percentage of the occurrence of Doubles is 35%, however the Statistical Percentage for your State may vary from the Published Statistical Percentage.

In Texas, at least, doubles do not occur in 35% of the drawings:

Texas Midday in last year:

Total of 314 draws.

There were 86 doubles (27.4% of total)

How often will they come out and when?

Of course, online you can pick whichever state(s) you like best.

First, I would like to say that you are brave admitting that you play online when the Department of Justice is looking at those transactions so closely.

Second, for SC Midday the 66 double has skipped 192 times. The mathematical average is 35.71 for double pairs, so it is way overdue (not that that means anything!).

Third, SC Evening doubles 11 has skipped 85 times...not nearly as overdue as the Midday 66.

Check these lines of pairs out with previous draw history. When a pair in a line falls look for a double or another no match in the line to fall. You need to watch your doubles as they fall in a line as to wether they will reapeat or not.

You might try this. In pick 3 when doubles are due, ( every 5 days or so ) you can play front pair or back pair. Many people don't like pairs, but if you think for minute you'll realize that odds are in your favor. If you track just doubles in your state you will see a definite pattern of front pair hits back pair hits and split pair hits.
