			<description><![CDATA[<p>I think making the odds worse would be counter-productive and curtail increased spending.<br /><br />If they&#x27;re smart IMO, they&#x27;ll leave it alone and watch revenues increase.<br /><br />I think people will spend more, especially those who will be saving gas money by not having to drive out of state anymore.</p>]]></description>
