			<description><![CDATA[<p>You don&#x27;t need to use the clear list Toolbar.<br /><br />PlayList1 is all the Golden Oldies or all the combinations that have NOT hit in over 1000 plus draws<br /><br />Playlist2 is just the opposite. All the combinations that have hit in the past 1000 draws.<br /><br />The rule should be 10 (doubles), 27 (no-match), and 4 triples. The 10-27-4 rule. But you have to look for any doubles at 16 or more.<br /><br />After you click the Calculations Toolbar in the States Tab just go to the Stats2 Tab. Which one do we go by.
