Those triple digit pick 4's are something else lately. They were going around all states and one had to hit PA sometime soon.

Yesterday, PA midday, I played quite a few of them and decide to flip some numbers...I had 2226/7877/8788/2225 and some others too.

I flipped 6's to 9's and 2's to 5's. If I stayed with only 2226 and didn't make the 6 a nine, I'd be kicking myself. A $1,200 win yesterday for a simple

flip of the 6.

Think about it sometimes, it works.

You don't need to check any more results because the set of 10 combos I showed you is arranged mathematically and will always have one combo that either matches the drawing or is one digit off when a single is drawn because at least one of the pairs in all 120 boxed combos will be in the set. I could hit a lot of times, but I am always so careless with my numbers,I don't keep them in long enough or I won't box or back up. Or just forget to play the number. I get distracted sometimes especially when I am trying to play other peoples number. That can throw you off sometimes. That is why when I want to play some of my numbers, I write them down so I don't forget. These are some of the things that happen to me. Yes, and sometimes my timing is off too

Well I played P3 for the first time in a few weeks today. It just looked like the right time. When I play I play the number that hit the night before and the number that hit the day before, (if I'm playing the midday, vice versa if I'm playing the evening). Yesterday's midday in Tx was 632, and it hit today!!!!!!!

Rut roh... 236. I only play for straight hits. It keeps costs down and the box payouts just aren't enough in my opinion to warrant an extra .50 or $1. So....

One of the 29 Pick-3 numbers I have predicted for this month for Virginia matched this afternoon: 793. This is the top winning number in the Virginia Lottery; this is why it is on my list. The same thing happened two days ago with 796. But I was not in Virginia to play the numbers, and I'm not spending $58 a day to play all of these numbers. I'm a graduate student; I can't afford it.

I did not play it, because I was not in the right state, and because I picked 29 numbers and am neither able nor willing to spend $58 to play all these numbers for both drawings every day, but I did match one of my predictions on Sunday, December 13: 796 day draw in Virginia. A lot of my predictions have been matching split pair for some reason. I had one that matched front pair, back pair, and split pair today (they drew 674, and three of my guesses were 670, 604, and 374).

It's a 2 if 3 of 10 digit abbreviated wheel I put together using Cover Master. The digits are not placed in any particular order and the mathematical affect is that at least one of the ten combos produced will match 2 digits in any pick-3 drawing that uses 10 digits when singles (3 different digits) are drawn. It really depends on the type of bet you're making and payoffs vary from state to state. Some pay $83 for a 6-way box and $166 or $167 for 3-way, some pay $80 and $160, and some are pari-mutual.

If you are talking to me, 3 tickets costs $3 here in California. When you play straight/box it is the same as putting 50 cents on box and 50 cents on straight because you get paid 1/2 of what the full payouts are.

The last double in California Midday was 899. The box only paid $80, so that would be $80 X 2 = $160. The straight/box paid $333. For a total of $413. Not bad for a $3 investment.

When you have a double that you want to play, you need to play it all 3 ways str/bx. I put them on seperate playslips then I don't have to worry about having a ticket worth over $600 and the paperwork hassle.

So, you would play 322 str/bx, 232 str/bx. and 223 str/box. If the number comes in, you have 2 tickets with box only (pays 1/2 of full box) and 1 ticket with straight box (pays 1/2 full straight and 1/2 full box).

I have won a number of times that way and it sure is nice

Just very curious astekblue do you really think that numbers missed are lack of focus, or something else? Sometimes I am so amazed at how sometimes how close I am to hitting a number and something or something prevents it from happening, sometimes I will be 100% sure of the number coming out and it seems like something is preventing me or blocking that from happening. Could it be Karma? timing off? I would like to hear others reasonings too of what could cause a mental block like that .

I seem to have a classic case of miss by one itis. As you stated, Georgia midday was 2013 and I played 1207 and 7012. Our midday cash 3 number was 094 and I played 509......509 has never fallen straight on midday in Ga. There are about 20 straights that have never fallen straight on midday and a couple of straights that have never fallen for the evening cash 3 game. And still I play, missing by one! maggie

I have been studying and backtesting 2009 and 2008 Tx P3. Last 2 years there have been 4 repeats where the numbers come same order from previous draw, and a few other times where they come in as repeat but different order. I'm going to start playing for repeats and see what happens. Not sure about your states, but Tx seems to have a lot of repeaters.

That reminds me of something, I had this hot dream I dreamed of deceased Sister-in-law, I played it in the pick 4 1026 didn't play it back that evening. Begged my husband to go to the store and play it, Yup, it was at the cornner store too. We both were to lazy to go back and play it and we both missed out! We would of had a Box pick4. I played 323 straight and boxed, I hit it but it came up as 332..now what kind of sense does a str/box bet on a 3 way make? None. Not much

more at all to do a superstraight bet...maybe next time I'll remember the logic.

Played 1400 in the pick 4 awhile back, 4102 came.

Welllll, I got up this morning had a couple cups of coffee with my snuff. Caffein and nicotine fix to get my brain wired up and loose brain cells connected.
