My friend was driving along the street when he came upon some policemen. The police has their sirens on chasing a black man in a chariot car. There were four cream colored (tan) horses pulling the red car. The police shot at the horses twice. The horses fell and then got up. There was a black man driving the chariot car and a colored woman with him. The car then came near the store.
