			<description><![CDATA[<p>Hello all.<br /><br />I just joined up here on this site. It looked like the only good lotto blog site there was. Ive been into the lottery now for about 6 months. Ive purchased lottery packages and other things. I did get a free lotto program to download, but I dont know how to decide which numbers will go into a lottery Wheel. Is it done by, Eenie, Meenie, Miny Mo, or by guesswork, or what?<br /><br />Ive heard of Abreviated Wheels and Full Wheels, but dont know much about how to use either one.
