			<description><![CDATA[<p>Massachusetts is, as far as I can tell, the best place n the country to buy a scratch-off. They have a Billion Dollar Blockbuster and a Billion Dollar Bonanza, each with hundreds of prizes between 1 and 10 million. There are many other games, but those two in particular stand out because they bring in an average 3-4 one million prize winners a month. Most of the prizes are won within a year of launch. I don&#x27;t know how they do that.<br /><br />Here in Florida we got a Blockbuster game in February.
