I hate to sound like a broken record, but please remember you have to save the past drawfile using the correct name, and you have to save it as an ASCII encoded text file. To do this, assuming you are using Notepad, when you are ready to save the file click on File, then Save As, and when the window comes up look down to the bottom and you'll see a small window that says Encoding . Click on the arrow of this box and choose ASCII.

Last I knew, the p4 thing was a typo. It should be named drawsP3.txt.

Download the file

Make a new folder for it, and put the downloaded file inside the new folder

Open notepad and name the blank page drawsP3.txt

Copy your state's previous draw numbers in a column, with most recent listed first.

ex. 481

When you are done, click to save it.

Then go to the file you downloaded, and double-click to open

for the P3, you need to create the P3 draws file, put it in same folder as BOXTOWINP3.exe, name it drawsP3.txt. Make sure draws are in descending order(new-to-old

I'm not sure.

I download the file BOXTOWINP3.EXE. I run it and a seperate window pops up saying, error in opening drawsP4.txt

In these versions you can have variable length past draw files, and monitor the selection of the 4 digit max no hit sets.
