One of the places we play, but rarely, a liquor store, has put a poster for a beer in front of all the playslips. You have to knoiw where they are and dig for them.

I wonder what the lottery would think of that.

I worked at one casino that had a heavy Hawaiin trade.

The Hawaains all carried frogs for luck, heck, the casino even sold them in the gift shop, Good Luck frogs . This casino allowed cameras, and allowed things on the game no other place in town did.

One time a guuy was rolling a monster (long hand, lots of numbers), and the Hawaains all put frogs on their pass line and odds bets on the layout.

This is good stuff you've posted here and because you've worked at a casino, I'm sure you've seen a little of everything. Therefore, I cannot contest what you know. A lot of them take exception to this practice but they won't agree to let you do it if you ask them anyway so I just do it. I am trying to improve my odds of winning by playing my numbers str8 and boxed. Kansas doesn't have it on their playslip so I put exact on a number and then any order on the same number. Then when I can afford it I play those numbers for 3 days. I had the number 752 for Friday-Sunday 2/19/10-2/21/10. Friday's hit was 726 Saturday's hit was 571. Thos 2 hits looked at my 752 and were sayin nah-nah-nah. Tonight is my last chance for the 752.

This is very interesting...interesting indeed. To start with, the basic rule of thumb to increase one's odds of winning is to play more selections (numbers). These numbers need to be properly balanced as well and there are many ways to accomplish this based on what little I know. I hope that I never get 4 or 5 of 6 numbers when playing MM or Super lotto Plus. Some might think I'm crazy for not wanting to match as many numbers as possible but you have a good point. It's very very difficult to come up with a RNG algorithm that passes all the usual statistical tests of randomness so it may be possible that the algorithms used are still one of the classic well known and well used algorithms. Well, it really isn't a system if there' no causality. It doesn't matter what kind of frequency analysis, addition, subtraction or multiplying that you do, if there isn't a reason behind it then it's just arithmetic.

A guy in Las Vegas used to seel luggage on a street corner and one time he went to Mexico and brought a bunch back to sell that had a lot of pieces with unicorns on them. Ron Harris copied the RNG keno program while he was an employee of the Nevada Gaming Commission and found a casino in Atlantic City using the same program. To increase my odds of winning I buy lots of tickets.

Also, lately I've been thinking that persistence is extremely important too since there is only so much I can afford to pay each week for lottery tickets. I'm in the process of starting a lottery pool too to increase my chances.

At the risk of being too simplistic. I think that whatever path takes one from zero tickets to having a ticket(s) for a lottery draw is their system. Such system may be as limited as buying a quick pick, but that is the system and if it leads to a win, it was a winning system for that draw.

My cats appear to have won the cat lottery with the prize of free room and board for life. I will have to try rubbing my tickets on one of them.

Have you ever noticed that when you purchase more than one line of QP's it's as if the computer wheeled some numbers for you? Depending on how many tickets we're talking about.....if your tickets only contain a few select numbers and I manage to play all the numbers on my tickets....then yes I think I have a better chance of winning.

Must depend on how you define badly because with a 51.25% win ratio you can only expect to get back about 50 cents for every dollar you wager. I'm not knocking your prediction ratio but it's based on betting $57,000 this month and only getting back $29,000.

If that keeps up, you'll need to catch a nice pick-5 jackpot just to break even.

It's difficult to measure the value of any system until all the results are in. For instance if we used a MM or PB system and hit the jackpot after 20 years of playing, we could call that system a success. It really depends on the type of game we're playing too because because in games like pick-3 with fixed payouts, we can't wait 20 years for a system to work.

First I go to the predictions page and look for the three or four individuals who might actually be playing their own predictions. The number of predictions made is a pretty good indicator for who they might be because some of the posters there make so many predictions that they either have very deep pockets and are just playing lotto out of boredom, or are actually already residents in the ILS.
