Hi,

i don't need to check again, as the title of my post said : NY eve, digit 3, position 3: out for 97 draws

Check again. I believe NY (3rd digit 9) has been out 75 X's... Still a long time! NC has been out 75 times also (1st digit 4). People in both states should play pairs with digits 0-9, so no matter what, if the one number you want comes up you win! For example: NY start playing ten Back Pair numbers X09 through X99.

Hi,

in NY, digit 3 has been out for 97 draws in third position.

keep in mind when creating your numbers...
