Digit out 1-3-5

Someone had demonstrated (and i have found it to be a good guide) that the digits absent from the last five draws usually point to the root sum of the upcoming draw. In more than 50% of the the times I have found this to be true. Some swear it is as high as 90%.

Thus using at least one of the out digits

SUM 10, 1+0 = 1 ROOT

BASE ROOT is found by just taking the last digit of the ROOT : 1

That gives you row 1
