I play the RI daily numbers from time to time, and I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on how to evaluate and play the pick-3, which is either the first 3 numbers or the last 3. I usualy play one of each, and am tracking the numbers separately (frequency, and repeat numbers). Just curious what other people think of this, and I know this system is in place in several other states. I like to play play pick-3 better than pick-4, and this is what is offered in RI and Mass.

Ed
