			<description><![CDATA[<p>Hi Jordans121:<br /><br />Please go over winsumloosesum&#x27;s posts to the GELE filter thread. Everything you need is in there. The GELE filter is very similar in concept to the Even Odd and High Low filters. Youy can either go with the trend or bet against it.<br /><br />As for the simulation program, coming up with 103 when 101 is expected is pretty darn close, and yes, you can conclude that your lottery is random. Try running the program several times and see what other numbers you come up with. Here&#x27;s a program that will give you an idea of how close your P3 lottery is to being random(and it should be pretty close). Of course we are assming that we&#x27;ll be taking our measurements over the long haul, i.e. a year or so.<br /><br />The program, p3RandomTest.exe, generates six random distinct digits for each of the days over which we are making our test.
