I agree wholeheartidly.The method I use is extremely specific to numerical alignment in any given states archive.I don't expect to win all the time .I may not get them but i do expect at least 3 straights in a 7 draw period.It annoys the hell outta of me when a draw ends up in left field and I now know why...and when one of my picks comes a day late.I can prove 50 ways to sunday why any given position should be a certain digit... what I can't figure out is with multiple predraws and not includin... These predraws are the legal way to ripp off people in NC. This is one reason why I go to VA to play scratch offs and pick 3. Much easier to win.

The one i had is free. I used it to format data. Jordan have the first file that I posted a long time ago of the pre-test draws. JORDAN! At least half of it will be done. It was done differently, it had the actual draw with it. This is a different format.

I downloaded one only to find out it wasnt free. My coworker did this once but he on vacation. It's a formula but I have no idea. To think I use this program alllll day...lol.

OK, I have received the nc pre and post test draws from the very beginning through March 19. This time - there is not the actually draw with it. The digits are in their own cells as well so I have some tweaking to do. It appears that some of them they are done twice. Anybody want to help me pull this file together. It will take me a minute.
