So the #s that are classified as open, it means that they have not appeared for a period of time in that particular state. I can see that by using the Search Past Results feature. The mirrors to the open #s listed for California are performing well.

So perhaps one of the keys for more state specific hits is to find the #(s) that have not appeared for a period of time, two months three months, etc. then play the mirros in that state.

what I mean is this..California has 089 098 809 890 908 980 one of those coming..its just a single but the right permutation is one of the 6..if I could cycle it down to just one permutation would be sweet for sure...hahaha..but I cant

a STATE lottery can hide a single pair for 6 months easily..they can certainly hide an entire 3 digit number for a lottttttttttt longerrrrrrrrrrrrr..trust me!!!1
