Ha!!

I was land based in Boca Chica NAS, but the only time i was on the boat was on the Constellation. I was on a detachment in Miramar. I spent 6 days on the Constellation, which was more than enough for me...lol Now I know why I chose a land base , and not a carrier....lol

The best part of my 4 years in the Navy involved just about 5 seconds of pure happiness. It was when I got shot off the Constellation in a Cod prop job. They needed a small crew to go back to Miramar, many miles away.

Was in the USAF from 1977-1987. Spent 4 years as a Bomb/Nav mechanic on the B-52D bomber while stationed at Dyess AFB (SAC) in Texas. I crosstrained to Command and Control in 1981 and spent 2 years at Castle AFB (SAC) in California, then 2 years at Willams AB (ATC) in Arizona with a final 2 years in Misawa AB (PACAF) in northern Japan. Of all the bases I was stationed, the most enjoyable was Misawa. The country was beautiful, the food in the little shops off base were great and the festivals wer... [ More ]

Too bad on the fizzle out. Hey, I went to that dog track near you back in 1975 when I was visiting a friend at Homestead AFB. I bet on a dog that just before starting to run took a dump maneuver before getting into position to run. I won $40 on him.

Escondido John, Survivor of WW-2, Korean and VietNam wars, Iranian revolution and Cairo, Egypt Traffic

I didn't ignore them. The last email was read late when I got home from work, and was going to answer the next day, but forgot.

The 2 day system needs improvement, and fizzled out. Since the author was mad at me for giving SOME numbers out here on LP, he chose not to reply to my subsequent emails asking him vital questions.

Now I'm concentrating on the dog racing method I bought for 2,700 dollars. I still have a lot more studying to do before I'm comfortable playing for real.... [ More ]

Yo Joker17, Howsa come you ignore my E-Mails? You were a plane captain on a dengerous Naval asset, the A3 Whale. I was onboard the USS Ranger in 1982 as a Grumman F-14A tech rep. One Douglas A3 blew up in the air in the Indian Ocean during our cruise, with everyone killed, except an AT2. He was blown out from the A/C and by a miracle survived. Sunny Escondido John
