Sounds like to me that being chased under blue water was a sign of you receiving clarity. Water represents flow and cleansing. Perhaps your spirit needed cleansing from all of the drama that had been going on in your life; you pretty much was avoiding it. So being chased was a symbol for you to face the music sort to speak. The flow represented I believe, that you needed to flow with life instead of blocking your good by self sabotage.

Thank you everyone for your help. my girlfriend is 24 by the way. So far 2 numbers came the 174 and 1032 and
