OMG, this happened to me last night, only it was in my right calf. I had to get up and walk it off. Very bizzare

I had the exact thing happen to me today. I was asleep then the pain in my left leg woke me up. How strange is that? Just in time for me

to get up to go for work.

I woke up last night from a peaceful sleep with a terrible cramp in my left calf annd it took forever for the pain to stop any ideas
