yes, that is true for most states that is how they get their money by forcing you to keep coming back or just lose out from playing number that you don't feel will come up in the midday just to get your evening number. Good Luck

Darn, I just walked to the bottom of the hill. Ok, I'll go back down and pick these up for the evening draw.

Speaking of the draw, I went into 7-11 today and the people in there couldn't tell me if you have to play both the eve and mid together. All I wanted to do was put my ticket in for 5 straight days (evening draw) but they told me I have to put it in for consecutive draw, meaning I'd have to play both am pm in order to do that....Is that true
