			<description><![CDATA[<p>There are people who seem to be born with a horseshoe stuck where the sun don&#x27;t shine. I have known a few of them and the funny thing is that these people don&#x27;t seem that interested in taking advantage of that trait. Another trait they seem to share is frugality. The ones I have known have ranged from frugal to outright miserly.<br /><br />For the rest of us I believe luck comes sporadically.
