The 13 14 are expected to come out the most, 1 27 the least.

I was just wondering if someone would be able to explain to me the meaning of the Sum Due.... I know it's the adding of the digits of one draw. What I'm not understanding is the rule of sums or is it a expected amount of sums per month, per week etc.. or is a number of times a particular a sum should come.
