What makes you think someone would be guaranteed hitting the jackpot buying $700,000 (tickets) or even: $3 Million ticket or whatever the amount.... when 3 million combos is only 1.7% of all the possible outcomes?

You never did the math or took into consideration how long it would take to fill out 600,000 play slips or to run the slips through a lottery terminal. Basically you ignored to all the reasons making your theory next to impossible to work in the first place.

You know what someone super wealthy with a super hot wheel could do...Win MM or PB with let s say: $700,000 (tickets) or even: $3 Million ticket or whatever the amount....

Then he/she wins: $70 Million he doesnt claim it, he waits...Waits until someone wins let s: $45 million in quick pick....Swaps his: $70 Million for the: $45 Million just to get off the hook....And it look like he won by quick pick...And he/she makes his PR or Publicity Stunt.....[You know like a psychic]...
