That information is available here on LP. Go to worldwide Jackpots on the lefthand column. click on powerball , then click on game information on the drop down menu. it will list all the participating states. the same can be done for mega millions.

If you're really interested in knowing, this fact will get you started.

Ohio now sells both MM and PB, but it was one of the 13 states selling MM before those cross sales agreements. Hope this help. Good luck.

It's a long list. You can go to the Powerball or Mega Millions Wikipedia pages and it will list what states have one, both or neither.
