Keys, Thanks for that research of data.

Computers do not have normal settings, its the programs that are utilized at any given time. Even they carry glitches within the code writing. So its absolutely feasible to have repeats.

Am I a fan of computer draws nope! Because they are man made programs open to errors or possible foul play. I'll take ball drawn machines any day

Here are some examples from midday in Pennsylvania: 106 was drawn straight 5 times from September 2008 through March 2009; over the course of only about 6 months; the number was 106 on midday. From January 2009 to February 2010 the number was 162 straight, on midday, 5 times; thus 162 hit 5 times straight in about a one year period.
