Laverne, great observation too use the same concept for both pick 3 and pick 4!!

I wonder if this same concept would work on quinto

The same type of reasoning strategy that I used here: (Please Read First) The One Hundred Twenty Combinations Strategy - Lottery Post Forums I will use within this post perhaps a bit more...we shall see!

However, the # sets will not include 0s or 1s, they will be single pick 4 # sets. You may apply the pick 4 doubles, 0s, 1s, sets etc.

Again the concept is the same, it is the least of the digits for which the set is named. Here are the # sets in ascending order only:
