			<description><![CDATA[<p>This should work provided it&#x27;s used for 8 digit numbers only.<br /><br />Play around with it and you can get it for other digit sizes.<br /><br />If the data is in A1, first paste this into B1.<br /><br />After that, copy contents of B1 and paste into the other cells.<br /><br />Excel will handle the column and row changes automagically.<br /><br />=VALUE(MID(TEXT($A1, 00000000 ),CELL( col ,B1)-CELL( col ,$A1),1</p>]]></description>
