For Pick 4 I'm using one week's history + LP's Inspector 4 'key numbers' for rankings. Results are usually close.

For example, today IL midday was 0-5-4-3...system had 0-4-3-2.

When you find that digits were drawn the same number of times in your draw history they are tied . When you are assigning them to a letter, rank them in ascending order (low to high), like 1-2-3.

Assign your digits to letters the same way as in the pick 3 wheel I posted (https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/216933).

Use ascending order to break ties in your digit ranking.
