I wonder if there is software somewhere for making these wheel combinations or if somebody can or knows how they can be made:

First, 4 positions, like on a pick 4 kind of:

XXXX only digits 0 1 2 and 3 and they can repeat, they would start with 0000 and the last combination be 3333, I might be able to make that one with a straight pick 4 wheeler, so I probably don't need help with that one.
