I feel really off center!!!! My dads favorite three digits is my brigade birthday. 831! he sent me a clue that it was coming from the fou digit and I totally missed it! I won't miss his second favorite number 123

My Dad Screamed My Name

So, I'm fast asleep and my dad (who passed away 19 years ago on October 17) Screamed my name. I woke up and ran all over my house looking for him. His name plays for 830 730.

When I was actually able to fall back to sleep, I asked someone in my dream What time is it? I looked up on the wall but there was an owl that looked like a cat, that answered back.... You know what time it is!

So, if anyone can tell me what Owl, cat and time play for, I'll greatly appreciate it.
