Someone had mentioned about doing a Partial Quick Pick when you have a repeat number that you think may hit.. or you have a hot number.

Here is a pretty good tool. Its a random Number generator you can customize to any game. It's found at a website called All Lotto . (do not put a space between the words when you enter it). Go to the website and on the left.. scroll down to you get to Pick Your Number . It will take you to the tool.
