i agree with destinycreation i have always been told that 4:00 am is a perfect time for prayer if im awake at this time i always make sure to say a special prayer you will really be surprised

4:00 A.M. is Traditionally the Proper time in the Morning to MEDITATE in India. This is NORMAL, not unusual. You may not be from India, or know much about MEDITATION. It doesn't matter. Some Americans who practice MEDITATION have adopted Indian Spiritual Customs and Traditions. So perhaps this is a sign for you to get up and MEDITATE or at least CONTEMPLATE your life. Your Mind is usually Clearer for DEEP REFLECTION in the Morning hours.

I'm just curious if anyone else here or maybe some friend or colleagues have been waking up for no reason at 4:00-4:30 AM. wide awake???? It's making me crazy, past 5 days.....
