			<description><![CDATA[<p>Hi! I&#x27;m a newbie here and have been studying some various systems over the last two weeks. I thought I&#x27;d ask you all which are your best systems and for which State you are playing.<br /><br />So far I&#x27;ve read Richard Perkis&#x27; information on just about everything. I&#x27;ve downloaded Robert Walsh&#x27;s e book on how to win the pick 3 and have been printing out lots of States histories and converting the numbers in red and black ink.
