			<description><![CDATA[<p>A while back, like more than a year or so or longer, one of the Aussies (it might have been you) here said that there was no tax on winners because each ticket was $1.03 AUS and the $.03 paid the tax.<br /><br />I always thought that was a great idea. Did it go up, is it still the same rule</p>]]></description>

I believe that In wisconsin they get 2% of a big winner up to $100,000....<br /><br />In Illinois I believe that they get 1%, don&#x27;t know about a cap though.<br /><br />I will make sure that the worker gets a great payday.<br /><br />But I have to win first!<br /><br />Any of the bigger ones so far I have came through.<br /><br />MarkP</p>]]></description>
