I don't know who Robert Perkis is. If you do a Search in the LP Database, Search for Robert Walsh or the name of his book.

The reason Robert said good luck was because that's what you'll need when you waste your money buying his crap. He presents you with 10 different methods and no one has any clue when to play a given method. It's an expensive crap shoot...lol

His proof demonstrates past profits on paper, but leaves out why that method was chosen.

Luck does play a part in every system, but it's not 100%. If the Human brain can build a ship to orbit Earth, I believe certain, well thought out lottery systems... [ More ]

I've heard its a good system but its complex to decide which part of the system to use. Uses base numbers to select 8 picks to box or play straight.
