After a couple of weeks without the ticket being claimed, some of the state lottery mention it on their websites and in local papers. Ohio gives the store and location where the ticket was sold. I don't know if the ticket has to be claimed for the agent to get their bonus, but if it does the store owner might check their surveillance tapes.

The last thing the winner needs, if they wanted to remain anonymous is having people looking for them because the ticket wasn't claimed.

Delaware State law allows all Delaware Lottery winners to remain anonymous.

Yes, Delaware winners have up to 1 year to claim from the date of the drawing.

PA does not allow anonymity, however you have a year to claim

Md allows anonymity, you have 182 days to claim

OH allows anonymity, 180 days to claim.

Of the states that allow anonymity, are there any that allow you to claim up to a year
