			<description><![CDATA[<p>I&#x27;ve always been interested in whether you could solve people&#x27;s problems to some extent by giving them additional cash,<br /><br />They talk about the majority but the article say 5.5%. So what happened to the other 94.5% of winners. Did they double or tripple their money and never have to work again? Did the majority invest it intelligently and have really improved their situation?
