The Best Pair Systems that I have used so far for NC are by Lotto Laughs: 1) Patience is a Virtue system, and 2) The Scoop System. These two systems work consistently well on a weekly basis in NC for Pairs. Then you would add the digits 0 - 9 to complete your 3 digit number.

Do a SEARCH in Lottery Systems FORUM, ALL HISTORY, for more information on these two systems.

Basically, for PATIENCE IS A VIRTUE, you add + 71 or +72 to the Front Pair of the last number drawn, using lottery math. You... [ More ]
