I was told by my people that it's called a LuLu because it describes a continuous repeat of an outstanding series of numbers.

For instance the letters for LU are 5-8, if you wanted to repeat it and say LU LU you'd could simply type 5858 and the numbers would stand out when looking at it.

So I'm sitting here laughing about the bananas in MI. Everyone is blowing up my celly complaining that they didn't catch 000 and I told them. I said, you all are going to make one of these states pull a LU-LU. My cousin asks What's a LuLu? As I stopped laughing to answer the question I stated, A LuLu is when they pull the same number in the 3 digit and the 4 digits, ie: 555 5555
