			<description><![CDATA[<p>they wont even let people from other states play. here in oz there are several lotto groups, some ran by state gov. some by private company.<br /><br />they are only meant to allow the people in their territory buy online. i think its a gentlemans agreement not to move in on ea others rackets, kinda like the mafia do things. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Hi, I do online surveys and got one about our state lotto. there where canvassing peoples opinion on various things, but 1 was do i like idea of online ticket purchases. of course i said yes. as long as it involves not having to fill out coupons. but im willing to bet they mess that up totally.<br /><br />by the way its here in south australia. other states already have the feature but not us yet. fingers crossed.</p>]]></description>
