			<description><![CDATA[<p>Colorado recently held it&#x27;s first raffle which is a good example. They sold 280,000 tix @ $20 each. There were 2 $1 million dollar prizes offered, so the odds for 1 ticket were 1/140,000 to win the million. Then there were 3 $100,000 prizes, 5 $10,000, and 500 $1000 winners.<br /><br />All the tix were numbered from 000001 to 280000 and they draw the winners from those numbers.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>They only sell x amount of tickets, usually for $10.00 or $20.00 dollars.<br /><br />You get a serial number on your ticket.<br /><br />They go in sequential order.<br /><br />They have a top prize, middle prizes and lower tier prizes.<br /><br />example for Mi.<br /><br />6 prizes fo $1,000,000<br /><br />12 prizes for 100,000<br /><br />2000 prizes for $500.00<br /><br />4000 prizes for $100.00<br /><br />only 600,000 tickets will be sold.<br /><br />have fun.</p>]]></description>
