They might get a wireless adapter at Micro Center for $10 that works for Wi-Fi hot spots. They don't have to throw it away, that just helps avoid the paper trail, or the actual proof that the post came from their computer, if it came to that, which I very seriously doubt that it would. The wireless adaptor is the link between the Wi-Fi connection and the computer. It is just a security measure to get rid of it.

The reason no one has posted is because this thread is just plain weird.

You are essentially telling someone to break the law so you can have inside information (if there even is any).

And you rambled on about buying a wireless adapter and then throwing it away after answering your questions. What???

Why would anyone in their right mind pay money for a wireless adapter for the sole purpose to bash the lottery commision to answer someone questions that they dont know??

I didn't know that. I thought an oath was when you swore to uphold the constitution in the case of a member of Congress, other elected officials, and Military personnel. You can testify under oath in a criminal trial, but I do not see how an employee of a company could take an oath. I did not know that these employees put their hands on their Bible, and raised their right hand while swearing under oath that they would not reveal any secrets.

Not one person has replied, even though there have been over 220 views in the first 24 hours alone. Are you telling me that there is not one person who has ever left the lottery on unfavorable terms? I know in most cases, there are going to be people fired from jobs for reasons that were not fair, and that person is mad as hell. They want to vent their frustrations, and this is the best place to do it.

If you are a disgruntled current or former employee of a lottery corporation, and feel you have been mistreated, why not get even? The same goes for those involved in the design, printing, administration or advertising and promotion of instant tickets.
