Quick Pick Machines - PRNG or TRNG?

Thanks Jimmy! I'm actually writing a paper that deals with PRNGs and the quick pick machines and just wanted to make sure. Although TRNGs dont really need radioactive material, one was made with a lavalamp, and the newer cheaper ones are made with radio static noise as the random event.

Quick Picks, in every state, are generated by RNG software in each store's terminal. These are not truely random. A truly random RNG computer requires very expensive epuipment, often involving radioactive material.

The lottery terminals in Tx each have RNGs. The RNGs are not part of the main computer in Austin. However, Tx does not conduct their drawings by computer, they are ball draws.

Hello!

I was wondering if anyone here knew for sure if the quick pick machines were true random number generators or not? Like are they self running and not connected to anything or system?
